For nearly three decades, I’ve dedicated my life to exploring the profound link between mind, body, and spirit. I began my journey after personal health challenges led me to discover the transformative power of therapeutic movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness. I earned my Yoga Therapy credentials after graduating from Loyola Marymount University, where I developed a deep appreciation for integrating ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience. Today, I’m completing my Master’s in Integral Health, providing virtual yoga therapy sessions for behavioral health hospitals nationwide, and teaching courses at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
My clinical work at the Simms-Mann Venice Family Clinic in Los Angeles exposed me to the realities of chronic pain management, inspiring me to create a Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis program for the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health in 2016. I serve as a speaker for the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America, delivering webinars on the therapeutic uses of yoga. These experiences have shaped my holistic approach, where I combine polyvagal-informed breathing techniques, gentle movement, and mindful awareness to help you build lasting resilience and well-being.
