I’m Kimberly, a Yoga Therapist who is passionate about helping others manage chronic illnesses. I am currently pursuing my Master's in Integral Health. I attended the Clinical Yoga Therapy program at Loyola Marymount University and gained clinical experience working with chronic pain patients at the Simms Mann Venice Family Clinic in Los Angeles, California.
I specialize in developing chronic pain management programs for individuals, hospitals, and clinics. I offer an integrative whole-person approach to wellness that includes breathing, accessible movement, and meditation that can be adapted to fit your needs.
